We’ve updated our shipping for international orders to Europe and the USA.
As we grow, we will continue to update our shipping destinations, we would love to get The Sixth Language to you, no matter where you are. But as a small brand, shipping worldwide isn’t possible just yet, but it’s something we’re working on as fast as we can. Shipping Costs & Duties:
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that customers are responsible for any and all import duties, customs charges, and local taxes that may be applied by their country’s customs. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes or for parcels that are refused due to unpaid duties and taxes. In the event that the customer declines to pay the required fees and the item is returned to us, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping fee.
Returns from the USA and Other International Locations:
We hope your purchase is perfect for you, but in the case that you wish to return an item, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse international return postage costs. All items must be returned using a tracked and insured service to ensure safe arrival.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The item remains the responsibility of the customer until it arrives back with us.
• We recommend clearly marking the return parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid further customs charges.
